The planned maintenance on 20th August - 22nd August is cancelled.

This topic describes the ZOLOZ eKYC SaaS planned maintenance on 20th August - 22nd August, 2024.


Upgrade window: From August 20th to August 22nd, the Indonesia / Singapre / Hongkong sites will be upgraded. On each day the upgrade will begin at 2:00 AM Beijing Time and is expected to be completed between 2:00 and 5:00.

Upgrade content: ZOLOZ will perform database kernel upgrades in phases for cloud service sites in different regions.

Impacted products: All products and portal.

Upgrade impact: In order to further improve service performance and stability, ZOLOZ will be performing a database optimization. During the upgrade period, please take note that network jitter may occur and some API requests may also timeout.

Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the upgrade process goes smoothly, and we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of this maintenance on your business. We recommend that you adjust to the temporary interruption of our services.
