Upgrade content: ZOLOZ Maintenance Notification (Singapore Instance)

Impacted products: Real ID, Face compare, Face capture, ID recognition, Connect, Portal, CnAuthority

Upgrade impact: In order to further improve service performance and stability, ZOLOZ will be performing a database optimization. During the upgrade period, impacted products will become unavailable for approximately 30 mins.  

Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the upgrade process goes smoothly, and we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of this maintenance on your business. We recommend that you adjust to the temporary interruption of our services.  

Please note that all data and information on our servers will remain safe and secure during the maintenance.
