ZOLOZ SG Region Maintainence Notification

Impact:

To better improve your data security, ZOLOZ's Cloud Infrastructure Vendor will be updating its services. As such, ZOLOZ will be performing an emergency maintenance to harden the backend database's security.

During this upgrade window, please note that the ZOLOZ Portal and the following ZOLOZ services will not be available:

Real ID / ID Recognition / Face Capture / Face Compare / Connect

Notes to Client:

Please avoid using ZOLOZ services and Portal during this maintenance period.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused during this downtime and seek your understanding. An update will be given once ZOLOZ's services are live again.
