Data dashboard is used to display product performance data metrics, including daily metrics and business result distribution.

Note: The time zone is set to East Eighth District (GMT+8). The data is for reference only.

Data Display

Select your product type from the Product Type drop-down menu to view daily metrics and business result distribution, as shown in the following picture：take the RealID product for instance (Different sites have slightly different display styles).

Three types of data are displayed based on the selected Product Type and Date.

Basic data: display yesterday's related data of the selected product type by default, including:

• Yesterday EKYC Init / Yesterday All Init: Total amount of Init transactions yesterday.
• Yesterday EKYC Submit (Only for RealID Product): Total amount of submitted eKYC transactions (Success + Pending) yesterday.
• Yesterday Submit Rate: yesterday's transaction submission rate (SUM of Success and Pending/Init).
• Yesterday EKYC Success / Yesterday All Success: Total amount of Success transactions yesterday.
• Yesterday Success Rate: yesterday's transaction success rate（Yesterday All Success /Yesterday All Init， or Yesterday EKYC Success/Yesterday EKYC Init).

Daily Metrics: Business data overview that displays data related to the selected Product Type and Date.

• ekyc_init / all_init / init: Total amount of Init transactions within the selected Date range.
• cnt_ekyc_success / cnt_success / success: Total amount of Success transactions within the selected Date range.
• ekyc_submit / submit (Only for RealID Product): Total amount of submitted eKYC transactions (Success + Pending) within the selected Date range.
• ekyc_submit_rate / submit_rate: Transaction submission rate within the selected Date range.( SUM of Success and Pending/Init).
• ekyc_success_rate /success_rate: Transaction success rate within the selected Date range.（cnt_ekyc_success/ekyc_init, OR cnt_success/all_init).

EKYC Result Distribution / Result Distribution: Business result distribution.

• cnt_ekyc_success / cnt_success / success: Total amount of Success transactions within the selected Date range.
• cnt_ekyc_pending / cnt_pending / pending (Only for RealID Product): Total amount of Pending transactions within the selected Date range.
• cnt_ekyc_failure / cnt_failure / failure: Total amount of Failure transactions within the selected Date range.
