Setting the Private Data Retention Time
Private data includes name, address, date of birth, ID number, image, etc. You can enable and set the retention time of the account's private data on ZOLOZ for as long as needed. Once the retention time has been exceeded, ZOLOZ will delete the private data.
Deletion Rules
After successfully setting the private data retention time, all private data will be kept during the retention period, and the deletion task will scan every few minutes, for 24 hours a day. If you set the private data retention time to N days, the system will delete data that exceeds N*24 hours old. If there is too much data to be deleted, there may be a delay; the current the delay time will not exceed a few hours.
