Feature Enhancements

  • Optimized admin account's 2-Step Verification function in the Portal. For more information, please refer to Enable and disable two-step verification.
  • Added Estimated Age field in Case Search result details (Click View Details in Case Search page for more information), only for Real ID product. This field displays the estimated age for the detected face selfie image based on the algorithm.
  • Optimized the return value of docErrorDetails in checkresult API for Real ID and ID Recognition.
    • The mapping relation between previous return values and their current new values is as follows:
      • IMPERFECT -> BLUR
      • EXPIRED_DOCUMENT -> UNKNOWN
      • NO_SIGNATURE -> NO_REQUIRED_ID
    • The new return value is displayed in Case Search result details (Click View Details in Case Search page for more information).
  • Supported exporting of Operation Log data in the Portal. For more information, please refer to Operation Logs.
  • Optimized fields in Case Search result details (Click View Details in Case Search page for more information), only for Connect products.
    • Deleted 'Not Same Person Threshold' field as it is unnecessary.

New Features

  • Auto-scan mode is newly added for UI of capturing ID in the Portal. For more information, please refer to UI Configuration File.
  • Real ID and ID Recognition support recognize new version for the United Arab Emirates ID card (doctype=09710000001).
  • Real ID and ID Recognition now support Permanent Resident Card for Malaysian. Currently, it is only available for Demo App.
